We help our clients to make the employer brand more attractive. We are a recruitment agency, but with an overlap into marketing. We specialize purely in personnel marketing. We present employers’ stories, design recruitment campaign strategies, create OSH promotional materials and at the same time we produce and implement everything tailored to our clients.

Unfortunately, nowadays it is impossible to attract the attention of candidates on the labor market without any promotion. Especially in a situation where there are almost no candidates. To create in people the need to reach out to us as employers, we need to be seen. And that is our aim. Create an attractive image of the employer.

As for the choice, whether it will be in the form of online marketing or offline (print) advertising, it depends on what target group we need to reach on the labor market. Online marketing is a cheaper and faster way to make employers visible, but we should not forget about offline marketing. The difference is in what target group we need to reach.

In the case of manufacturing companies, for example, the marketing mix still works, which means a combination of print – offline promotion with online marketing. On the other hand, employers from the IT segment, start-ups, etc.  can target their promotion and recruitment campaigns mainly to the online environment.

In the case of promoting the employer brand, we still use offline marketing channels, which, despite today's digital age, remain an integral part of our marketing strategies. It can be said that offline marketing is irreplaceable in many ways.
